International move Pre- move survey

Beacon Movers Kenya Limited professionally trained moving consultant meet you and discuss all about your move, assess the volume of the shipment to be internationally moved, evaluate your packing requirements and explain our methods to protect your belongings, as well as provide all relevant information for your international move - shipping (routing, transit time), insurance, requirement of documents, billing, customs formalities, and attend to your concerns and specific needs of your relocation.

International Move Proposal

Upon completion of the pre-move survey,we will prepare and submit an obligation free comprehensiveproposalwithout any hidden costs as per your moving requirements. This will include detailed informationabout the services we provide at origin and destination, transit time to the destination port, estimated days for custom clearance, customs procedures and forms and any other related information

International Move Packing

All your personal and household effects for the move will be packed at your residence by our professionally trained and experienced packing crew under the supervision of an English speaking crew leader. Beacon Movers Kenya Limited will only be using the finest quality and standardized packing materials, which include bubble wrap, newsprint paper, kraft paper, tissue paper, corrugated rolls, cushion pads, card board sheets, various sizes of reinforced cartons, hanging wardrobe cartons, etc. Selected fragile items are packed in to customized crates for safe transit. All your packed household and personal effects for international shipment will be directly loaded in to containers or wooden lift vans for shipment or as previously agreed. Short & Long term Storage

If and for any reasons your packed shipment are needed to be stored for transit or long term storage, it will be kept in Beacon Movers Kenya Limited well maintained, modern, clean, pest controlled ,fire protected and secured warehouse with high levels of security. If the storage shipments are needed to be stored for an extended period of time, it will be kept in a specially allotted and less active section of the warehouse. Beacon Movers Kenya Limited will prepare all necessary export documentations and coordinate customs formalities required for your international move. We select to use only reputable airlines and shipping lines for air andsea freight of your shipment. Here safe routings and cost efficiency are our objectives.

Destination Delivery

Beacon Movers Kenya Limited have an extensive network of carefully selected agents as our moving partners worldwide. They will be responsible for the customs clearance, delivery and unpacking of your shipments as per service terms mentioned in our moving proposal.
